About Us

BenXL’s Technologies, Inc. was formed in 1989 by a group of Actuaries and Benefit Consultants to address the growing need of organizations in Benefit Administration.

Today BenXL employs systems and actuarial professionals who have years of hands-on experience with benefits systems. The principal of the firm is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries with 32 years of experience in developing and managing actuarial systems for several large benefits consulting firms and Fortune 500 clients.

Our seasoned pension actuaries understand the design and valuation of pension plans and their administration; many have worked for major pension consulting firms before joining the BenXL team.

Our sole line of business is the development and implementation of retirement and pension administration systems. Our system architects do all the programming in-house. Our staff has experience designing and developing benefits and management systems, rule based support systems, and secured, dynamic reporting solutions using relational database technology.
